Support
Questions about these Terms should go through the same support channel used across shoppr.
1. What shoppr Does
shoppr helps you save products from ecommerce pages and view them in a personal shopping dashboard. You can save product links, titles, images, prices, store names, and related product details from supported shopping pages.
shoppr is not a retailer, marketplace, payment processor, shipping provider, or product seller. Products shown in shoppr are provided by third-party stores, brands, marketplaces, or websites.
2. Your Account
You may need to sign in with Google to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to use shoppr only for yourself or for an organization you are authorized to represent.
You may stop using shoppr at any time.
3. Browser Extension
The shoppr browser extension lets you save products from ecommerce pages. When you use the extension, it may read product-related information from the active tab, such as the product title, price, image, store, and URL.
You are responsible for deciding which products to save. You should not use shoppr to collect, store, or transmit sensitive information that is not needed for product saving.
shoppr's extension functionality and data practices are intended to stay consistent with Chrome Web Store policies, including clear disclosure of what the extension does and what data it uses.
4. Third-Party Stores and Content
shoppr may display product information from third-party websites. We do not control those websites, their product listings, prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, terms, privacy practices, or checkout experiences.
Product information in shoppr may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Always confirm price, availability, product details, taxes, shipping, returns, and policies directly with the store before making a purchase.
Any purchase you make is between you and the third-party seller. shoppr is not responsible for third-party products, orders, payments, refunds, delivery, defects, recalls, or customer service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use shoppr for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

6. Your Content and Saved Products
You keep any rights you have in the content and product information you save to shoppr.
By saving content to shoppr, you give us permission to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the product links and information you save. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using shoppr, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
If shoppr receives information from Google APIs, our use and transfer of that information will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
8. Payments and Paid Features

9. Intellectual Property
shoppr, including its name, logo, design, software, interface, and related materials, is owned by shoppr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of shoppr or permission to use our branding except as needed to use the service normally.
Third-party product names, images, logos, trademarks, and store names belong to their respective owners.
10. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. We are not required to treat feedback as confidential.
11. Service Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also limit or stop access to shoppr if needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or business reasons.
We are not responsible for any loss caused by changes to the service or by third-party websites becoming unavailable.
12. Termination
You may stop using shoppr at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for shoppr or others, or use the service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational problems.
After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including sections about intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, and disputes.
13. Disclaimers
shoppr is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that shoppr will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that saved product details, prices, images, or store information will remain accurate or current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

- your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Disputes
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. We will try to do the same.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires another forum.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of shoppr after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
